The system is the SOP; this page is its written law. Where a line says system-enforced, the tracker physically refuses the shortcut. Golden rule: if it is not in the tracker, it did not happen. The Eight-Field Law — on every desk

  1. Name
  2. Passport number
  3. Trade
  4. Client (the right card, checked in the blue strip)
  5. Recruiter (your name on your work)
  6. Current status, updated the day it changes
  7. Travel date the moment he is TRAVELLED
  8. Drive label on every import
No date, no TRAVELLED. No recruiter, no SELECTED. Missing fields burn red until filled. Fill it once, correctly, and every report in the company tells the truth without you.

Four rules for staff (from the July-August incident report)

  1. Bin only. If a row is wrong, bin it. The Bin keeps it with your name and the time, and a manager brings it back in one click.
  2. Never ask for a hard delete. It cannot be done any more; asking for one means something else is wrong. Say what you are trying to fix instead.
  3. No removal of more than 10 rows at once without a manager. A big clean-up is done with a manager, numbers written down before and after.
  4. Report anything that vanishes the same day. A missing row, a missing card, a count that dropped. The trail makes same-day recovery easy and month-old recovery hard.

One name, one list. Your display name in Command → Team is the one name the OS shows on your work. Joiners, leavers and name changes go through Command → Team, nowhere else. Nobody types a colleague's name any more: every "who" box is the same dropdown of the active team.
