READ THIS FIRST - what this does:
Your old Excel sheet becomes tracker rows. STEP 1: type the CLIENT and the COUNTRY. STEP 2: choose your Excel file. STEP 3: check that the columns matched correctly (fix any dropdown). STEP 4: press Import.
NOTE: your old status columns (medical/visa/etc.) are saved into REMARKS as history - then you set the REAL dropdowns on each row. From today, THIS tracker is the truth, not the Excel.

READ THIS FIRST - what this button does:
You collected passport copies from candidates but did NOT make the Excel or the tracker entries. This does it FOR you.
STEP 1: Type the CLIENT name and the COUNTRY they are going to.
STEP 2: Press the blue button and select ALL the passport photos together (front page - the page with the photo).
STEP 3: Wait. The AI reads every passport one by one - you will see each file get a ✓ as it finishes.
STEP 4: Check the names in the table, fix any mistake, press Create the deployment rows.
RESULT: Every candidate is in the Mobilisation Tracker + the requirement opens + the gold button gives you the ready Excel for the client. Nothing to type.
